ROOM HIRE

The community hall is a large space with maximum capacity of 200, you will be confident in knowing that any layout you are looking to achieve can be accommodated. We can help you in your requirements and give you advice on the best way to host your event. Whether you're looking to hold a party, a wedding reception, a class, a meeting or just need a place to cook up a storm, we have something available for you. For smaller functions we have our youth space for hire.

 

Outside, we have football pitches and a ball court facility for hire. 

We also have on-site catering who can provide various food options on request.

Hire out our bouncy castles, soft play equipment and NEW for 2023, an Interactive Multiball Wall.

As well as this, we have free, on-site parking for at least 60 cars.

 

We offer competitive prices and you can be sure that you are getting a great deal when you book with us. All of our facilities can be hired for a one off event or as a group booking - depending on your needs. If you're interested in placing a group booking, please contact us for discounted rates.

If you're a charity or non-profit organisation, we may be able to offer a reduced rate.

THE IMPORTANT BIT

  • A cleaning/damages refundable deposit payment of £50 is to be made at the time of booking.

  • We do not accept 18th or 21st Birthday parties.

  • For any bookings costing £30.00 or less, we require payment for the full amount on the day of booking. For bookings costing over £30.00, we require a 25% deposit on the day of booking.

  • All cancellations require no less than 7 days notice prior to the event - Any booking cancelled after this time will forfeit their deposit.

  • The remaining balance of a booking is required 7 days prior to the event - Any balance not received by this time will be noted as a cancellation and you may risk losing any money already paid.

  • All VAT is charged where applicable.

  • You will need to fill out and sign a booking form, confirming that you agree to the above details.

  • When the main hall is hired for a weekend party, full bar facilities are included in the price.

  • T's&C's may vary depending on the event and whether or not it is a regular booking.
